Our philosophy
Our dishes are based on traditional Gorski Kotar recipes, prepared with top-quality local ingredients. Bread, gnocchi, croquettes, and pastry sheets for strudels are handmade, while wild game meat and cheeses are sourced from trusted local producers, such as cheesemakers from Mrkopalj and butchers who provide fresh products. Our menu also features local liqueurs, including Angelina from Lokve and products from the Lynx distillery in Lukovdol, enriching our gastronomic story even further. Our goal is for every guest to feel a deep connection to the nature and traditions of Gorski Kotar through the aromas and flavors of our dishes.
